Discovery calls are booked through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling platform. When you book a call, your name, email, and any information you provide are processed by Cal.com and subject to their Privacy Policy (available at cal.com/privacy). We receive your booking details and any notes you include.
Information you share during a consulting engagement — including details about your organization's systems, employees, data handling practices, and regulatory environment — is treated as confidential and used solely to deliver the contracted services.
We strongly recommend that clients do not share personally identifiable information about their employees, patients, customers, or clients with us unless it is directly necessary for scoping or executing the project. Project work can be scoped from system architecture descriptions, sample data, or anonymized examples in most cases.
Client engagement information is retained for up to seven (7) years for business records and tax purposes, then deleted.
