Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using WinningLocalADS.com (the "Site") or engaging ARIMA Consulting, LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") for any consulting or deployment services. By accessing the Site or booking a consultation, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
Winning Local ADS, operated by ARIMA Consulting, LLC, provides technical consulting, private AI system design, deployment, and training services to businesses and organizations. Our services include AI risk assessments, private large language model deployments, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) pipeline implementation, security hardening, and related engineering work.
Nothing on this Site or in any engagement with ARIMA Consulting, LLC constitutes legal advice, compliance certification, regulatory opinion, or audit assurance. We are engineers, not lawyers, compliance officers, auditors, or licensed financial or healthcare advisors.
The regulatory information provided on this Site (including references to HIPAA, ITAR, SEC regulations, FINRA rules, attorney-client privilege, FERPA, CMMC, and other frameworks) is provided for general informational and educational purposes only. Compliance determinations for your specific organization must be made with qualified legal counsel and appropriate compliance professionals in your jurisdiction.
The systems we design and deploy are built to the requirements you provide. The completeness and accuracy of those requirements are your responsibility. Systems built on incomplete or inaccurate requirements will not serve incomplete or inaccurate compliance needs. We cannot guarantee that any system we build will satisfy any specific regulatory requirement, audit standard, or legal obligation unless that specific obligation is explicitly defined in a written project scope document.
By accessing or using this Site, booking a discovery call, entering into a project agreement, or otherwise engaging with ARIMA Consulting, LLC, you agree to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
All paid consulting and deployment engagements are governed by separate written project agreements (statements of work, proposals, or contracts) executed between ARIMA Consulting, LLC and the client. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a signed project agreement, the project agreement controls.
Fixed-price engagements are priced based on scope as defined at the time of proposal. Material changes to scope, requirements, or timeline requested after a project agreement is signed may require a change order and revised pricing.
Upon full payment of all amounts due, ARIMA Consulting, LLC assigns to the client all right, title, and interest in custom code and system configurations specifically developed for that client under the project agreement, except for any open-source components (which are subject to their respective licenses) and any pre-existing ARIMA Consulting intellectual property incorporated into the work.
All content on this Site — including text, graphics, and code examples — remains the property of ARIMA Consulting, LLC and may not be reproduced without written permission.
We treat all client information shared during discovery calls, requirements gathering, and project execution as confidential. We do not sell, share, or disclose client information to third parties except as required by law or as necessary to perform the contracted services (e.g., hardware suppliers, subcontractors under NDA).
Clients are responsible for informing us of any confidentiality or data handling requirements specific to their industry or jurisdiction prior to sharing information.
Payment terms for each engagement are set forth in the applicable project agreement. Generally, fixed-price projects require a deposit upon signing and the balance upon delivery. ARIMA Consulting, LLC reserves the right to suspend work on any engagement where payment is overdue by more than 14 days.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, ARIMA CONSULTING, LLC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES — INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SITE OR ANY SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
ARIMA Consulting, LLC's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or any services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to ARIMA Consulting, LLC in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
THE SITE AND ALL INFORMATION PROVIDED ON IT ARE OFFERED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. ARIMA CONSULTING, LLC DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Indiana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Marion County, Indiana.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective when posted to the Site. Continued use of the Site or our services following a posted update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. For active project engagements, material changes to these Terms will be communicated directly to the client.
